Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day of placing your order. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Returns & exchanges
As a beverage product, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except when an incorrect order has been delivered.

Damaged cans
If any cans arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email info@carakara.com.

Please share your order number, the number of damaged cans, clear photos of each affected can, and photos of the outer packaging. An unboxing video is not required.

Eligible refunds are issued only for the damaged cans, calculated at the actual net price paid after applicable discounts. No return pickup is required for damaged cans. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Incorrect order delivered
Please contact us with your order number, photos of the products received, and the shipping label. We will arrange a return pickup. Keep the items unopened and in their original packaging. Once the returned order is verified, we will dispatch the correct order.
