There was a time when my head felt constantly heavy. I was getting through my days, but not always feeling present for them.

And that bothered me. Life was happening, and I wanted to be fully there for it.

But how do you feel better when your mind feels weighed down? And could there be a way that didn't involve reaching for a pill?

I tried different approaches, explored possibilities and spoke to a lot of people.

And something became clear: I wasn't alone.

So many people were looking for simple, everyday ways to feel more like themselves — without turning every difficult day into a medical problem.

Then I discovered functional drinks designed around focus and calm in international markets.

And I remember thinking, "This is exactly what I've been looking for!"

Something refreshing. Something enjoyable. Something that could fit naturally into everyday life.

A thought was becoming an idea.

After 18 years in the corporate world, I walked away from a successful career to build CARAKARA.

Not because I had everything figured out.

But because I believed this was worth figuring out.

A clean, zero-sugar sparkling drink for the different states life asks of us.

We took CARAKARA out into the real world.

The first pilot. The first sips. The first honest reactions.

We listened, learned and validated that there was room for something different.

An idea was beginning to feel real.

CARAKARA officially launched across retail and quick-commerce channels in Delhi NCR.

From an idea in my head to cans in people's hands.

That was a moment worth celebrating.

We expanded to our own D2C website and online marketplaces, making CARAKARA accessible to more people.

More first orders. More feedback. More reasons to keep going.

We're still learning, experimenting and growing.
