1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered, except in the following cases:
- product received is damaged
- product received is incorrect
- package was tampered with
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to share photos of the product and packaging for verification.
3. Refunds
If your request is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Refund processing time:
5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Verification
CARAKARA reserves the right to verify refund claims before processing a replacement or refund.
5. Replacement
In cases of damaged or incorrect products, CARAKARA may offer:
- a replacement shipment, or
- a refund
based on product availability and the nature of the issue.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for:
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- delivery delays caused by external logistics partners
- dissatisfaction due to taste preferences
- product opened or consumed
